Our experienced team offers in-home support, transport, and allied health connections. We prioritise child safety and well-being and operate with integrity, unity, and respect to achieve meaningful outcomes and collaborate with stakeholders for collective success.

TLC is committed to promoting and providing a culture of child safety and wellbeing, in line with the Commonwealth Child Safety Framework (the Framework).

TLC will continue work to ensure all activities are child safe. We further develop our practices and policies through continuous development and education to ensure TLC provides a safe environment in which children’s rights, needs, and interests are met.

TLC employees understand the importance of ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children accessing our services. Education and training are critical in creating a child-focused, transparent, and safe workplace.

TLC will continue to embed child safe initiatives into our work practice and workplace culture. We will ensure our employees remain aware of the requirements of The Framework with employees undertaking a specific role in child-related programs and activities will participate in the necessary training and education.
