Our Services
TLC strives to provide the best customised service to support you. These services include support in social, community and recreational participation, in-home support, financial plan management, specialised transport and connecting you with allied health professionals.
Our Child Safety Statement
TLC is committed to promoting and providing a culture of child safety and wellbeing, in line with the Commonwealth Child Safety Framework (the Framework).
TLC will continue work to ensure all activities are child safe. We further develop our practices and policies through continuous development and education to ensure TLC provides a safe environment in which children’s rights, needs, and interests are met.
TLC employees understand the importance of ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children accessing our services. Education and training are critical in creating a child-focused, transparent, and safe workplace.
TLC will continue to embed child safe initiatives into our work practice and workplace culture. We will ensure our employees remain aware of the requirements of The Framework with employees undertaking a specific role in child-related programs and activities will participate in the necessary training and education.
